<div id="content"><p tabindex="0">The <i>Supplier Risk</i> dashboard displays risk information for all the suppliers you follow, with links to more detailed information. It also shows risk assessment project information for all suppliers. The <i>Supplier Risk</i> dashboard is available in sites that include SAP Ariba Supplier Risk.</p><p tabindex="0">You use the <i>Supplier Risk</i> dashboard to:</p><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li tabindex="0">Search for suppliers</li><li tabindex="0">Monitor risk levels for your followed suppliers</li><li tabindex="0">Monitor your risk assessment activities, such as open actions for engagement projects that you’re assigned to, controls for which you belong to the decision maker group, or issues you created</li></ul></div>

Identifying Supplier Risk Dashboard Components in SAP Ariba Supplier Management

In this video, you'll learn about the components of the Supplier Risk dashboard in SAP Ariba. The Supplier Risk dashboard is available in sites that include SAP Ariba Supplier Risk. You must have the appropriate permissions to view supplier risk information on the Supplier Risk dashboard tab. For information about the user groups that grant access to this functionality, see the Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management Group Descriptions guide in the SAP Help Portal. To access the Supplier Risk dashboard, select the Supplier Risk dashboard tab. If you do not see the Supplier Risk tab, select More and choose Supplier Risk. I'll select the Supplier Risk dashboard tab. The Supplier Risk dashboard includes a search bar, several tiles, and an interactive map. You can use the search bar to search for all of your company's suppliers that have been added to SAP Ariba Supplier Risk, whether or not you're currently getting alerts for them. The Actions tile is visible if the action queue feature is enabled in your site, and if you have open tasks for engagement projects that you've been assigned to. Selecting the Actions tile opens the action queue. The Controls tile shows the number of controls for which you belong to the Decision Maker group. This tile is visible in sites where the action queue and periodic review of risk controls features are enabled. Selecting the Controls tile takes you to the Controls list page. The Engagement requests tile is only visible if your company uses control-based engagement risk assessment projects and if you have permission to work with them. Selecting this tile opens a page showing engagement requests and associated risk assessments in risk assessment projects. The Issues tile shows the number of issues associated with engagement risk assessment projects at the engagement or assessment level. This tile is only visible if your company uses issue management projects, and if you have permission to work with them. If your site allows users to create findings rather than issues, you'll see a Findings tile showing the number of findings for which you are the creator or have an assigned role. Selecting the Suppliers evaluated tile opens a page listing active suppliers that have undergone risk evaluation with licensed third-party providers. The Risk summary tile shows the risk levels of your followed suppliers as a donut graph, color-coded by risk level. The By risk category tile shows risk levels for your followed suppliers by type. The Alert feed tile shows the latest alerts for incident types and suppliers you follow. Choosing Go to alerts takes you to your full alert list. Choose Show map to view an interactive map that shows the physical location of your followed suppliers. A supplier table located directly beneath the interactive map lists information about the active suppliers currently displayed on the map. You've now seen the components of the Supplier Risk dashboard in SAP Ariba. Thanks for watching.
