As suppliers move through a new registration project, their registration status moves from Not Invited to Registered or Registration Denied.

A supplier can also move from Invited, In Registration, Pending Resubmit, or Pending Approval registration status to Not Invited registration status in either of the following circumstances:
- The registration is internal and has been canceled
- The registration is external, and a customer administrator in your organization has unlinked the supplier's SAP Business Network account
