The supplier search page includes filters such as address details, risk exposure, and third-party provider monitoring status. It also has a filter that allows you to choose whether to display active or inactive suppliers in the list.</p></div>

Searching for Suppliers on the Supplier Risk Dashboard in SAP Ariba Supplier Management

In this video, you'll learn how to search for suppliers and export supplier search results on the Supplier Risk dashboard in SAP Ariba Supplier Risk. The Supplier Risk dashboard and its supplier search are available in sites that include SAP Ariba Supplier Risk. You must have the appropriate permissions to view supplier risk information on the Supplier Risk dashboard. For information about the user groups that grant access to this functionality, see the Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management Group Descriptions guide in the SAP Help Portal. You can perform a targeted supplier search by entering a company name in the search bar or perform an open search of your organization's SAP Ariba Supplier Risk database by leaving the search bar empty. I'll leave the search bar empty. To initiate the search, press Enter or choose the search icon. I'll choose the search icon. The supplier search results page, also called the supplier list page, displays a list of suppliers, the number of results found, and various options to help you search and filter your results. By default, active suppliers are displayed. Suppliers that are inactive in SAP Ariba Supplier Management solutions are not eligible for most SAP Ariba Supplier Risk functions. You can display active or inactive suppliers by selecting from the Supplier Status dropdown list. I'll keep the Active suppliers option selected. The Filter link opens a Filters for suppliers popup with filter options for the supplier's search results. The filter options correspond to columns on the supplier list page. I'll filter for suppliers I follow with low or medium risk exposure. I'll choose Apply to apply my filter choices to the supplier search results. The number of search results reflects how many suppliers meet my filter criteria. The Sort link opens a sort popup with sorting options for the supplier search results. The sort options correspond to columns on the supplier list page. I'll add the Company name sort option by selecting it from the dropdown. When you select a sort option, it displays in the popup. I'll use the four-headed arrow icon to drag company name to the top of the sort list order. You can use the sort order icons to sort the results of each chosen option in either ascending or descending order. To remove a sort option, I'll choose its Clear icon. I'll choose Apply to apply my sorting choices to the supplier search results. The information in the search results columns has been sorted according to my selections. You can export supplier search results from the supplier list page. To export my current search results, I'll choose Export. The export generates a Microsoft Excel workbook. You've now seen how to search for suppliers and export supplier search results on the Supplier Risk dashboard in SAP Ariba Supplier Risk. Thanks for watching.
