You can view and, in some cases, edit the supplier requests you've created on the Supplier Management dashboard. You can also discard your draft requests if necessary.
To see the supplier requests that you've created, choose the Supplier Request tile in the My Activities area of the Supplier Management dashboard. You only see this area if you've created at least one supplier request.
Note
The Supplier Request tile only shows the requests you created in your current locale. You can change your locale in user preference settings. If you create a request in a different locale, it only shows on the dashboard when you're using that locale.
Options on the Supplier Request Tile
On the Supplier Request tile, you can filter your supplier requests based on status. You can also do the following things:
Request Status | Options |
---|---|
Draft | Edit your draft to make any necessary changes and submit the request for approval, or Discard your draft if you no longer need it. |
Submitted | View the request and edit it if necessary since approval has not started. |
In Approval | View the request. The request details page shows approval progress. You can also edit the request if your organization allows unrestricted editing. By default, only approvers can edit requests when they're in approval. |
Pending Resubmit | View and edit the request to address the approvers' questions or concerns. |
Approved | View the completed request, including its approval process, and access the supplier's 360° profile. |
