Hi everyone, my name is Piyush Gakhar and I head the Product and Strategy of Integration Platform at SAP. I would like to spend the next few minutes introducing SAP Integration Suite and how it is helping organizations innovate and modernize their business operations. In today's rapidly evolving business world, organizations are dealing with increasingly complex landscapes. Managing this complexity is not so easy, and we have a surge of digital technologies increasing customer expectations and a competitive ecosystem. On one side, business expectation is to outpace competition by elevating customer experience, bringing visibility into the supply chain, and increasing employee engagement. And on the other side, there exist disconnected business applications and data silos. These isolated systems hinder the ability to gain a unified view of operations, making it difficult to bring changes quickly. This fragmentation leads to inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and missed opportunities. Moreover, the demand for real-time data has never been greater. Organizations must now react at lightning speed to market changes, customer feedback, and operational disruptions. One of the focused investments we have done in Integration Suite is to improve developer productivity and reduce TCO for our customers. This platform features low-code and no-code tools for quick design, deployment and management of integration scenarios. To meet organization's needs to quickly transform and develop new business models, API-centric and event-led integrations facilitate rapid transformations. With API management, you achieve centralized governance, secure data access, and a robust framework for API control and monetization. This ensures effective monitoring and revenue generation, driving faster innovations. Quick decision-making and real-time insights are critical for accelerated innovations. Integration Suite's eventing framework helps manage a high volume of events across various regions, interconnected via a mesh network, and enhanced with comprehensive insights and monitoring. Our hybrid deployment options, controlled via the cloud, offer flexibility in managing integrations in your preferred environment, whether on-premise or in a private cloud. This solution is key for remotely connected locations, such as warehouses and factories, ensuring compliance with local data processing requirements. For our existing SAP Process Orchestration customers, we ensure a smooth transition to the cloud. This is a great opportunity for our customers to review and modernize their integration processes with the next-gen API-centric and event-driven integrations provided by SAP Integration Suite. To leverage existing investments on SAP Process Orchestration, we provide everything you need, including assessment, migration, and testing tools complemented by best practices to maximize your returns. We are committed to offer you the latest and future-proof integration platform. Integration Suite provides you built-in artificial intelligence based recommendation for integrating industry interfaces, message transformations, and smart suggestions for multi-step integrations. Taking a step further in this direction, in the latest release, we have launched AI-based integration scenarios using our copilot. You can provide the integration context and the system will either recommend you best-fit available integrations or will generate the integration flows based on the provided context automatically. This is an immense step to further boost developer productivity and simplify integrations. Anomalies can disrupt critical processes affecting user experience and business continuity. With API anomaly detection, SAP Integration Suite identifies unusual or unexpected behavior within API traffic. It involves monitoring API requests and responses, analyzing patterns, and detecting deviations from established norms. By doing so, organizations can swiftly identify potential security threats, such as cyber attacks, data breach, unauthorized access, performance bottlenecks, such as API usage and latency, or operational irregularities.
