Navigating the Summary Area in Supplier 360° Profiles in SAP Ariba Supplier Management

In this video, you'll learn about the different panels that make up the Summary area in the supplier 360° profile in SAP Ariba. You must have the appropriate permissions to view supplier 360° profiles. For information about the user groups that grant access to this functionality, see the Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management Group Descriptions guide in the SAP Help Portal. The Summary area is organized into panels that show basic information about the supplier. The About panel shows an overview of the supplier's registration, preferred, ERP synchronization, and qualification statuses, plus the onboarding time and date. Onboarding time represents the time from when the supplier is invited to when the supplier is registered. This supplier was onboarded in less than a day. The Created On field displays the date the supplier request was approved. You can choose the preferred status and qualification status to view related details. I'll choose the preferred status to view the preferred details. I'll choose Summary in the navigation bar to return to the Summary area. The Supplier IDs panel shows the IDs associated with the supplier, including SM Vendor ID, ERP ID, AN ID, and ACM ID. More information about these supplier IDs is available in a separate video. The Contacts panel displays the primary supplier contact's name, title, email address, and phone. To view all the external and internal contacts for the supplier, I'll choose More Contacts. I'll choose Summary in the navigation bar to return to the Summary area. The Overall supplier risk panel is only available in sites that include SAP Ariba Supplier Risk. This panel shows the supplier's risk category, level, and exposure. You can also see the date and time when the risk exposure was last updated. I'll choose Overall supplier risk to view details about the supplier risk exposure. I'll choose Summary in the navigation bar to return to the Summary area. The Address panel displays the supplier address, if available. The address information is populated by fields in the supplier database, meaning that it can show an address from a supplier data import, from replication from an integrated ERP system, or from mapped questions in the supplier request or another questionnaire. The Diversity panel shows diversity information about the supplier, if available. An administrator in your organization imports diversity data for suppliers, which can include diversity types and their applicable regions, plus background information about suppliers related to their diversity categorizations. The Sourcing Events panel gives an overview of the sourcing events the supplier has participated in, including the number of open, pending, and completed events. Sourcing events created in guided sourcing and legacy sourcing are displayed in this panel, but you can only see the sourcing events you can access. If the supplier has many events, the panel can show up to 200 of the most recent ones for each status. I'll choose the Sourcing Events panel to view the supplier's sourcing business activity details. I'll choose Summary in the navigation bar to return to the Summary area. The Contracts panel gives an overview of the contracts the supplier has participated in, including the number of published, draft amendment, and expired contracts. The panel shows the latest 200 contracts for each status when there are many contracts. I'll choose the Contracts panel to view details about the supplier's contracts business activity. I'll choose Summary in the navigation bar to return to the Summary area. You've now seen the Summary area in the supplier 360° profile in SAP Ariba. Thanks for watching.
