- The issue assignee and/or owners of issue definition tasks edit the issue to provide more detailed information and complete assigned tasks
- Issue analysis
- The issue assignee and/or owners of issue analysis tasks review the issue details, add or update information if necessary, complete assigned tasks, and may propose resolutions
- Issue resolution
- The issue assignee and owners of issue resolution tasks review the issue details, complete assigned tasks, and propose or finalize its resolution
- Issue resolution acceptance
- Task owners complete any other tasks related to issue resolution acceptance
- Approvers review the issue resolution and approve or deny it
