Using the Controls List Page

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to describe the components of the controls list page.

The Controls List Page

The Controls page is displayed.

The Controls list page is a central place for viewing and interacting with risk controls. It shows the controls for which you are a decision maker and the subsets of controls requiring action from you or a decision maker group to which you belong.

You can access the Controls list page by clicking on the Controls tile on the Supplier Risk dashboard.

  • The Controls tile and list page are only available in sites with periodic review of risk controls and action queue features enabled.

The Controls list page has searchable columns for information such as the name, expiration date, status, and type of control.

The list page has three tabs that show different view of the controls:

  • All: shows all controls for which you belong to the decision maker group
  • My actions: shows all control actions assigned specifically to you
  • Group actions: shows all controls needing action, for which a user group to which you belong has decision making responsibility
