To create more strongly worded dunning letters for dunning levels 2 and 3, Carla must create a customer-specific template. Here's a step-by-step guide on how she can do this:
- Access the Template:
Carla needs to go to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud System and use the Maintain Form Templates app to find the FIN_FO_DUNN_NOTE template.
- Locate the Template:
In the Maintain Form Templates app, she should navigate to the Predelivered Templates tab and search for the previously identified FIN_FO_DUNN_NOTE template.
- Copy the Template:
Once located, she should select the template and create a copy of it.
- Prepare for Customization:
Next, Carla should go to the Custom Templates tab, remove the filter by Name, and find the form she just copied.
- Download the Form:
She needs to download the form to her local machine to make further edits using Adobe LiveCycle Designer.
- Customize the Form:
Carla can then open the downloaded form inAdobe LiveCycle Designer (version 10.4 or higher) for customization. During the download process, she should also select the appropriate master form for it. The commonly used master form is SOMU_FORM_MASTER_A4, which is recommended here.
- Upload the Modified Form:
After completing the changes in Adobe LiveCycle Designer, Carla must upload the modified form back to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.
Using the same Maintain Form Templates app, she first navigates to the main form, selects the Upload button, and uploads the updated version.
By following these steps, Carla can effectively customize and enhance the dunning letters to meet the desired specifications
Note
We downloaded the main, English language version of the form and will make changes to it. Unfortunately, if you need to change forms for other languages, this must be done separately.
Carla opens the downloaded form with the Adobe LiveCycle Designer app.
The screen displays four different texts in the form. These refer to the four different levels of dunning notices.
Let's help Carla change the dunning text and upload the changed version.
