Assigning the Dunning Text to a Dunning Procedure

Assign Form Templates

To assign the newly created form template to the application object type FFO_DUNN, Carla must create the following Customizing entry.

This customizing item available in Implementation Activities app, under General Settings → Extensibility → Output Management → Assign Form Template.

Carla creates a new entry with the following values:

Field Name/Data Type	Value
Application Object Type	FFO_DUNN
Output Type	DUNN_NOTICE
Form Template ID	your new template (YY1_XXX)

There is no problem with a duplicate assignment as above.

In the Output Parameter Determination app, we define which form template is used for which dunning procedure.

Now we will switch to the application Output Parameter Determination app.

We need the Business Role Extensibility Specialist (BR_EXTENSIBILITY_SPEC). Carla asks Stefanos for help. He has the role assigned to his user.

In the Output Parameter Determination app, Stefanos defines which form template is used for which dunning procedure.

With the Output Parameter Determination app, we can create and maintain business rules in decision tables. These rules can be used to determine the output parameters for dunning notices, for example. Each rule comprises different determination steps that are associated with specific parameters.

You can use the app to define flexible business rules to determine the following:

What to be output
Receiver of the output
Communication channel for the output, including channel-specific settings
Look of the output
Relevance of the Output

You can create a rule for dunning notices to determine which form template is used: The following fields are available:

Role
Channel
Sender Country/Region
Receiver Country/Region
Receiver Language
Account Type
Company Code
Dunning Procedure
Dunning Level
Legal Dunning Procedure

In our example, Carla notes the following:

The newly created form template must be assigned to the application object type FFO_DUNN in SSUI.
In the Output Parameter Determination app, we define which form template is used for which Dunning Procedure, Dunning Level, Company Code, and so on.
