Delivery Strategy for SAP Cloud ALM for Operations

SAP Cloud ALM offers a comprehensive SaaS solution for cloud and hybrid customers, supporting a range of SAP cloud services, on-premise systems, and also non-SAP solutions. With its inclusive licensing, as well as regular updates and feature releases, it provides a seamless experience for managing operations in the cloud.

License and Cost:
SAP Cloud ALM is included in SAP Enterprise Support and Subscription and as for a typical SaaS offering the maintenance and operations is done by SAP. A fair usage of 8GB of HANA memory is included as well as an API usage of 8GB outbound data transfer per month.
Supported Solutions:

SAP Cloud ALM is designed for cloud and hybrid customers, therefore the following solutions are supported:

  • Cloud solutions from SAP
  • On-premise ABAP solutions (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Suite, SAP BW4/HANA)
  • PI/PO Integration Monitoring
  • Non-SAP solutions

Delivery and Update:
SAP Cloud ALM for Operations is a cloud-native, customer owned SaaS application. The software has an integrated daily delivery of software changes, which are rapidly available. SAP Cloud ALM has a bi-weekly release of new features, which are documented in the What's new in SAP Cloud ALM section on SAP Help Portal.

The SAP Road Map Explorer is an interactive tool provided by SAP that allows users to explore the comprehensive roadmaps for various SAP products and solutions.
