Objective

The Import from SAP Sustainability Footprint Management

When you want to use corporate and product-level Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission data calculated in SAP Sustainability Footprint Management, you can use the Import from SAP Sustainability Footprint Management option in the Manage ESG Data app.

This functionality enables the import of the actual GHG emissions as CO2 equivalents from SAP Sustainability Footprint Management at the corporate level. An example is shown in the following screenshot.

You can assign these emissions to the appropriate GHG scopes, subcategories, scope 2 accounting methods, and activity types. You can also allocate the emissions to plants according to the business location hierarchy.

Furthermore, you can use the Emissions Dashboard to analyze your GHG data and track your goals using the My Ambitions app, which is shown later in this learning journey.
