We followed along as new customer EMCLA explored the data action experience model to help them achieve their digital adoption goals. To start, by utilizing WalkMe's data tools, they were able to understand both how their tech staff was being leveraged and by how much. They were able to see how employees used each of these applications and where there were points of struggle. Next, they looked at Walkme's action tools to optimize, streamline, and at times even auditing. to make complex workflows. And finally, they saw how bringing data and action together can create a unified and more efficient employee experience across all of their platforms and devices. So Andrew, what do you think? This is amazing. It is exactly what we needed M-Claw to truly achieve digital transformation and, more importantly, true digital adoption. We have our goals set, plan in place and my team is ready to jump in and put the data action experience model to work for us.
