Automate Inefficient Processes

Through the Data gathered, EMKLAW was able to identify inefficiencies when employees have to spend time across multiple applications. They recognized Automation of common processes as the solution to these inefficiencies.

Using the Editor to create and automate WalkMe's innovative guidance tools, EMKLAW is able to create Smart Walk-Thrus that complete long forms and click on pre-determined fields. They also went a step further and incorporated the Smart Walk-Thrus into an ActionBot, giving uses a natural, chat like experience to initiate the process.

Enforce Adherence to Policy and Compliance Requirements

EMKLAW is a financial institution and as a result have strict Compliance, Security and Privacy policies that their employees must to adhere to.

Utilizing Shoutouts, EMKLAW presents pop ups that communicate policies to all relevant employees and confirm that they acknowledge them. They also use Invisible Launchers to block fields, buttons, and sensitive information as necessary, along with SmartTips to validate correct information in input fields.
