Process Content
Process Content provides rich implementation relevant content to support and accelerate fit-to-standard workshops.

- Capture Requirements to document change needs, desires, functional, or non functional requirements.
- Requirements can be split into multiple more granular User Stories:
- User Stories can be assigned to different sprints and captured in different Features.
- Features can be delivered in different Releases.

A Scope is a container for solution processes, which is managed collectively.
During scoping, you select Solution Scenarios and add solution processes to your scope.
You should combine solution processes into the same scope if:
- The same application system landscape is used, for example, for sites with own tenants/systems, shared services tenants/systems.
- The solution processes require an aligned upgrade cycle, for example, heavily dependent tenants/systems that are upgraded as a whole.
- Serve the same functional purpose, for example, solution processes per site, solution processes for shared services such as finance consolidation or HR shared services.

- Standard diagram copied into a new Custom Solution Process.
- Copy Solution Process Flow
- Copies all diagrams of a given flow into a new Solution Process.

The Process Hierarchy structures the customer’s business and divides a complex processes landscape into smaller better manageable parts.
It follows the from-abstract-to-concrete principle and provides information about the processes on different levels of granularity.
Solution Processes and many other SAP Cloud ALM entities can be referenced into the Process Hierarchy.
