Welcome to the course on Using Real-Time Replication with SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server. This course describes the end-to-end handling of the SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server, also referred to as SAP LT Replication Server or SLT. During this course, you will be provided with a number of hands-on exercises to gain system experience. The course starts at the very beginning of replication. We will explore architectural concepts, sizing aspects, installation, and authorization topics. We will look at the trigger-based technology of SLT and how data is replicated into SAP HANA. This is known as the standard scenario. We will also outline how to use advanced settings, such as filtering and performance improvement options, monitoring data replication in SLT or SAP Solution Manager, and troubleshooting. We look at the differences in using SLT to replicate data into SAP HANA and other target systems. In this course, you will gain an insight into the following cases. Replication of SAP S/4HANA Tables Replication of SAP S/4HANA Core Data Services, CDS, and Compatibility Views. In the deep dive course, you will gain an insight into the following special cases. Replication of data into SAP Business Warehouse, SAP BW/4HANA, Enablement of delta data transfer for data that has no delta-enabled SAP BW/4HANA Data Source, Data Replication into Central Finance. We will also discuss special cases where you are not writing data into the target system on a table basis, but via the application layer. Are you ready to embark on this learning journey? So, let's get started.
