Overview

The SAP CX AI Toolkit offers AI tools with predefined prompts to support various user roles such as merchants, marketers, copywriters, and designers. This simplifies content workflows, enabling efficient content generation and enhanced productivity.

For SAP Commerce Cloud, the AI tools offer features to:

  • Create social media posts
  • Generate blog posts
  • Generate product banner texts

Creating Social Media Posts

This tool enables you to streamline your social media marketing efforts in SAP Commerce Cloud. Follow this simple step. Choose AI Tools to access the workspace, then select Create Social Media Posts.

In the Inputs section, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that you select the correct product catalog version and classification system version. The specific product will be searched within this catalog, and the classification attributes will help generate the social media post.
  2. Search the product by name or ID, as this will serve as the basis for the post.
  3. Specify the social media platform such as X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, or Threads.
  4. Enter custom instructions to enhance the post. For example, special instructions to align with marketing objectives, information like "Mention that the product is currently on sale").
  5. Select a tone (Professional, Happy, Empathetic, Casual, Witty, Personal, Direct, or Confident.)
  6. Choose the post length (Short; fewer than 15 words, Medium; fewer than 25 words, and Long; fewer than 50 words.)
  7. Choose Generate to initiate the process Discard to reset all input fields.

Below is an example of a generated post that can be quickly copied and used.

Generating A Blog Post

Creating a blog post tool helps you generate longer posts unlike the earlier tool. It keeps the content fresh, consistent, and engaging with minimal effort. You can customize blog posts using examples, layouts, or feedback from previous blogs. The tool can produce SEO-optimized content and streamline blog writing process.

To begin writing a blog post, navigate to the AI tools workspace, and select Generate Blog Post. Follow the given steps:

  1. Verify the currently selected product catalog and classification system versions, as these will influence the generated blog post.
  2. Search for the specific product by name or product ID.
  3. Provide a summary in the Blog Description field. This should be at least 40 characters and can include blog’s purpose, additional product information, or intended layout.
  4. Input custom instructions to enhance the blog post.
  5. Select a tone for the generated post.
  6. Choose the desired length for the post:
    • Short (200–400 words)
    • Medium (around 500 words)
    • Long (600–800 words)
  7. Click Generate to start or Discard to reset all input fields.

Generating Product Banner Texts

The Generate Product Banner text tool crafts compelling banner messages tailored to specific products. It helps you streamline marketing and ensure brand consistency. You can use the tool to create multiple variations of banner text based on product selection, tone, length, and special requirements.

To create product banner texts, in the AI tools workspace, select Generate Product Banner Text. Next, follow these steps:

  1. Verify the currently selected product catalog and classification system versions.
  2. Search for the specific product by name or product ID.
  3. Input custom instructions for the product banner texts.
  4. Select a tone for the generated texts that are consistent with previous features.
  5. Choose the number of banner texts (5, 10, or 15.)
  6. Choose Generate to start or Discard to reset all fields.
  7. Review the generated banner texts in the Banner Suggestion section at the bottom. The text can be easily copied as needed.

You can observe how the input values have influenced the generated texts.
