Enriching Product Data – Attributes and Descriptions

The enrich product data feature group streamlines product catalog management, saving time on back-office tasks by utilizing existing descriptions and imagery. It automatically extracts and enriches product data, leveraging both current and new information to generate compelling and consistent product attributes and descriptions.

The SAP CX AI Toolkit UI supports two related tools:

• The Product Attributes tool
• The Product Descriptions tool

The Product Attributes tool efficiently enriches product data by generating, adjusting, and publishing attributes and their values to SAP Commerce Cloud.

• Single View: You can enhance data for individual products with two options:
  1. Generate Attribute Values: Select attributes and generate or adjust the related values based on the product description or image.

• List View: You can search and filter products by code, name, category, or classification class. You can also generate and adjust attribute values for all selected products, similar to single product processing.
• Generate View: You can generate attribute values for all products within a specific classification class or multiple classes. Note that generating values for a large number of products within classification classes may take longer.
• You can validate, adjust, and publish all generated product attributes and values to the connected SAP Commerce Cloud.

This Product Descriptions tool enhances efficiency by simplifying the generation and translation of product descriptions with AI support. It offers manual customization, and synchronizes the final product descriptions seamlessly with SAP Commerce Cloud.

  1. Generate bulk product descriptions for multiple products with specific tone, length, and custom instructions.
  2. Translate existing or AI-generated descriptions of multiple products into various languages in bulk.
  3. Adjust the generated/translated descriptions if necessary, and publish them to SAP Commerce Cloud.
