SAP LeanIX Partner Bootcamp

This learning program is designed to enable consultants to use SAP LeanIX in transformation projects and acts as a companion for those preparing for the SAP Certified Associate - Enterprise Architecture Consultant - SAP LeanIX certification exam.

This interactive SAP LeanIX Transformation Bootcamp training focuses on learning SAP LeanIX best practice tool usage in an ERP transformation use case scenario. The training teaches broader LeanIX skills (e.g., how to assess and visualize data in Reports, Dashboards, Roadmaps, etc.) and allows you to apply those skills hands-on for a transformation case study in a SAP LeanIX training workspace collaboratively in groups.

It is suitable for participants with a basic knowledge in LeanIX that want to deepen their skills in applying LeanIX for transformation use cases or potential customer engagements. Time investment for this training accumulates to 4 hours of an instructor-led session and requires full presence and participation in group work.

• Understand as-is architecture, scope ERP transformation and define KPIs/Dashboard
• Prepare, Explore & Realize: Create high-level roadmap with scenarios and model a possible roll-out
• Model and create key EA artifacts according to SAP EA Methodology / Framework
