Accessing Customer Data in the Assisted Service Mode in SAP Commerce Cloud

Howdy! In this video, let's look at how to access a customer's data and purchase history in the assisted service mode. I'm logged in as a customer support manager and I've opened a customer session. Once a session is open. There are two ways to look up a customer's data. The first is the my account area here at the customer's request. I could change personal data such as password, email, payment or address data, and I could also look up the customer's order, history, saved, carts, consents given, and so on. The My Account section is great for specifics, but not ideal for quick overview of who the customer is. The second option is the 360 customer view. As I click on this button, I have a couple tabs that provide me with essential information on who the customer is and how they interact with the shop. I see active and safe cards personal information on their profile. The activity tab shows me latest actions such as cards, tickets and orders. The feedback tab displays details on tickets and reviews. And finally, the maps area helps me find shops around my customers location. That's it for this video. Thank you for watching.
