Accessing the In-App Help in SAP Marketing Cloud

Do you need help with the applications you’re using in SAP Marketing Cloud?  Let's see how you can access various helpful features  and get some help without leaving the application.  Let's start by opening an app, in this case, Campaigns.  Choose the “Help” control on the upper right side of the screen.  The help panel opens and shows you the content related to the application  you’re currently using.  First, you’ll find ”What’s This App?”,  which gives you a brief explanation of the application.  From here, you can click the link to navigate to the Application Help  to get more information.  To find out more details of particular UI functionality,  hover over hotspots that are visible on the UI.  Additionally, if there are any videos related to the app,  you can find them at the end of the list.  Now, let's take a look at the “Learning” tab.  Here you can access tutorials and tutorial packages.  Let's look at the “Designing and Executing Email Campaigns” package, for example.  This package currently contains several tutorials in it.  Let’s open one tutorial.  You get a summary of what you’ll learn in the tutorial.  You can also save the content as a PDF file.  To begin, click the “Start Tutorial” button,  or click “Next” at the top of your screen.  The tutorial gives you step-by-step guidance on how to navigate through a process.  If you want to see all tutorials that are currently available,  navigate to the “Learning Center”.  From here, you can filter the tutorials based on the user role they are assigned to.  You can also access the tutorial library from SAP Help Portal  for SAP Marketing Cloud in the “Learn and Get Certified” tab.  If there are important updates about the application you’re using,  you’ll find them on “What’s New”.  The next time you're looking for information on a particular feature in SAP Marketing Cloud,  we hope you’ll use the In-App Help to assist you.  Thanks for watching!
