Adding an Out-of-Pocket Expense - iPhone You can use the SAP Concur Mobile application to create your out-of-pocket expenses. In the following example, you will see how to add an out-of-pocket taxi expense directly to your expense report. To begin, on the Report screen, press the + symbol, and then press Add New Expense. You will see a list of expense types, which are grouped by category. Depending on your configuration, note that there might be expenses available online that are not available in your mobile application. For this example, search for the Taxi expense type, and then press Taxi. On the New Expense screen, all your company's custom fields are available, and all the required fields are listed with an asterisk. Enter all the appropriate information for your out-of-pocket expense. After you finish entering your information for your taxi expense, press Save. The out-of-pocket expense is added to your report. Press Submit when you are ready to submit your report for approval.
