Approving a Product Using the Welcome Dashboard in SAP Commerce Cloud

Hi, my name is Lily, and in this video I'll show you how to approve a product using the Welcome Dashboard in the back office product cockpit. This show in practice requires a running workflow. You will learn more about workflows in another video in the collaboration dashboard. I'll find the collaboration component in addition to data quality, coverage and product approval. Here I'll find several product approval workflows waiting for me. Let's check out the first one. I'll click on the Product Approval title to see more details about this workflow. And at the bottom in the attachment I can see the product that needs to be approved. The starter kit. I'll navigate back to the Welcome Dashboard and click on multiple Parallel Tasks below. The title of the workflow. I have two options approval through Product management and approval for purchase. I want to approve through Product Management, so I'll click it under the properties tab. I'll click inside the approval box where it says check and select approved. Now I'll save my changes. And I can immediately see the status for the starter kit as approved. Then I'll sync the catalog. And lastly, I'll choose the action done and confirm to complete my part of the workflow. And there we have it. This concludes this video. Thanks for watching.
