Booking a Rental Car in iPhone with SAP Concur

You can use the mobile application to make travel reservations. In the following example, you will see how to book a rental car while on a business trip in Chicago, Illinois. To begin booking your car rental, from the SAP Concur home screen, press the Travel icon. On the Travel screen, press Book a Trip, and then press the Car icon. On the Rental Car screen, press Airport Location, and then for this example, in the Search field, enter Chicago. Select the Chicago O'Hare International Airport. Next, select the appropriate Pick-up and Drop-off Dates from your calendar. You can search for the type of car you want to rent, such as economy, standard, and intermediate. For this example, press Search to search for Any Car Class car type. The rental car search results appear. You can scroll down to view additional options. For this example, select the Economy Car option. You will see the Car Details for your selection. Verify that the information is correct, and then, to continue with the reservation process, press Reserve. Press OK to confirm your reservation. Review your rental car itinerary, and then press the + icon. You can add a hotel to your reservation at this time if needed. See the Booking a Hotel video for more information.
