Configuring a Funding Account for Invoice (Standard) in SAP Concur

Automated Clearing House is a secure payment transfer system between U.S. financial institutions that acts as the central clearing facility for all electronic fund transfer EFT transactions that occur nationwide. Invoice uses the CTX-EDI 820 compliant format for this transaction. From the Invoice page, select the Payments drop-down arrow. Select Payment Manager. Select Funding Account. Select New Provider Account. To add a new funding account, complete the required fields and then select Save. For this example, you will use an existing funding account. Select Cancel. Select the checkbox for the existing funding account. Select the Actions drop-down menu. Select Open Funding Account. For confirmed ACH funding accounts, you can modify the Account Display Name, Cash and Liability account codes, and Contact Information. The confirmation process usually takes about three to four banking days. View and modify the information as needed. Select Save. Electronic transfer of payments using ACH begins with the close of the payment batch and ends with a credit for payment in the supplier's bank. Select Banking Import. Select Download Template. The Excel template displays the column headers. Note that the required fields are marked in red. Complete the appropriate vendor banking information, save the template, and then close the Excel window. To import the new vendor banking file, select Browse, select the Save Template file, and then select Import. For this example, you will use the existing file in the banking import history list. Select the Actions drop-down menu. Select View Import Details. The Import Details display. You might need to modify the template file fields to fix existing errors, and then repeat the import process. Select Close. For a separate transaction fee, SAP Concur will process and send checks on behalf of the client company. Select Check Configurations. Select Add Check Configuration. Complete the required fields as needed. Once you complete the required fields, select Save. If you are using in-house check stock, you will need to modify the Next Check Number field to prevent duplicate check numbers. Select the Check tab. Complete the required fields. Once the fields are complete, select Save. From the check tab, you will provide the images that SAP Concur's check service vendor will use to promote the test configuration to production. Once confirmed, you can process invoices for check payment. Upload the appropriate images. Select download template. The signatures will appear on each company check. If you have two signers for high -dollar checks, we recommend that you upload two signatures. You will print, sign, and scan the agreement, and then upload the file. You will need to wait 2-3 business days for the sample check to appear for approval. Once approved, the check and the check service will be ready 2-3 business days later to start processing payments. Select Close. You have configured your Invoice Payment Manager accounts. This concludes the video. So thank you for watching.
