Configuring Summary and Detail Views in SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management

Hello and welcome. In this video, I'll show you how you can configure the summary and detail views of various workspaces in SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management. For this demonstration, I'll use the example of the Participants workspace. On the Incentive Management home page, from the left expandable menu, I'll go to the Organization Options and select Participants. In the Participants workspace, I can view the participant summary screen, which shows the participant ID, the last name, the first name, and other details. On the right corner of the toolbar, you can find the Configure Summary View icon. This icon is found in almost every workspace in Incentive Management. I'll select the Configure Summary View icon. All active fields appear here, including generic or custom fields. You can see a few fields with an asterisk. These are the mandatory fields. The fields on the right are currently used in the workspace, and the fields on the left can be added to it by dragging and dropping. I'll add two custom fields called Sales Status and Bonus Level. I can drag and drop these fields to rearrange them the way I want them to appear on the screen. I can also drag and drop fields from the selected fields to the available fields to remove them. In this case, I don't want to display the tax ID, so let's remove it from the summary view. I'll select apply to save the changes. Now let's scroll down to the detail view and make some changes here. I'll select Configure Detail View. The detail view contains several sections. These vary by workspace, but as you can see, the participants workspace has two sections, default attributes and generic attributes. I can easily rename a section. Let's rename this section to Custom Fields. Now I can add the custom fields to this section. This time I'll add all four of my custom fields. If I don't like the order, I can drag and drop them to any position I like. I can also choose the number of columns in which the fields appear. I can remove a section by selecting remove section. This function will move all the fields under this section into the list of available fields. I can also add a new section using add section and name it as well. Finally, I'll select apply to save the changes. And this is how the workspace will finally look. In this video, we saw how to customize the summary and detail views in Incentive Management. Thanks for watching!
