Consuming Iflows from SAP Business Accelerator Hub for Data Migration from SAP Business ByDesign to  SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Hello, and welcome to our microlearning session on Technical Data Migration from SAP Business ByDesign to SAP S/4HANA Cloud. As part of Cloud Migration Factory offered by Product Success Team, we have produced a series of sessions to enable you with the technical data migration from source ERP to S/4HANA Cloud. In this chapter, I will demonstrate on how to consume published Iflows from SAP Business Accelerator Hub. Agenda for the session is as follows. First, I will provide an overview of the steps on how to consume the Iflows from SAP Business Accelerator Hub, then followed by a demo where we will dive into the system. I am Shubh N R, a Product Specialist in SME Customer and Partner Care Team of Product Success Unit at SAP based out of Bangalore. SAP has published some Iflows on SAP Business Accelerator Hub. As of today, we have published Iflows in two packages, one for Master Data Objects and other accounting objects. These Iflows support you with the data transformation of SAP Business ByDesign objects and generate an SAP S/4HANA Cloud Migration data file. You can consume these Iflows from Business Accelerator Hub directly in your SAP Integration Suite without having the need to download them and upload to Integration Suite system, like we have explained earlier in the chapter, Consuming Iflows. In case you face any issues with these Iflows, please raise a ticket to the component CA-S4H-BYD- IFLOW. In this chapter, I will demonstrate how to consume these Iflows from SAP Business Accelerator Hub. Let us jump into the demo where I will walk you through the process of accessing the Iflows from SAP Business Accelerator Hub. First open your preferred web browser and search for SAP Business Accelerator Hub or you can directly go to the link api.sap.com. This brings us to the home page of SAP Business Accelerator Hub. At the top, click on the Integrations tab in the header. Next, under Discover Integrations section, select SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Business ByDesign. This will filter the integration packages related to these two products. Once selected, you will see a few integration packages for transforming data from SAP Business ByDesign to SAP S/4HANA Cloud. One package focuses on Master Data Objects and the other on Accounting Data Objects. Master Data Objects package has Iflows for Objects, Material and Fixed Asset Master. For this demo, we will go into the package SAP Business ByDesign Accounting Data Transformation to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Inside the package, you will find the Inventory Data Transformation Iflow and related documents. To consume these Iflows from SAP Business Accelerator Hub, open SAP Integration Suite and in the left side menu, click on Integrations under the Discover section. Now go back to the SAP Business Accelerator Hub, copy the name of the integration package and paste it into the search bar. Once the package appears, open the first result and click on Copy to make the copy of the package. After it is copied, switch to the Design section in the Integration Suite. Here you will see the package listed. Click on it and view the Iflow and all the related documentation in it. You will find the following sections in the document. Data extraction, data preparation, data transformation, data upload. You should now deploy the Iflow to consume it. You can refer to a chapter consuming Iflow for more details. With this, you now know how to copy and start using the data transformation Iflow from SAP Business Accelerator Hub to support the technical data migration from SAP Business ByDesign to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
