Creating a Business User in SAP Service Cloud Version 2

In this video, we are going to see how a business user is created and assigned to a business role. Business users in the system are linked to employees. They have business roles assigned, and the access controls in the system are implemented on business roles. First, the admin logs into the system and navigates to the user profile. On the right top corner and accesses the settings page before the business user is set to admin. Creates employee data for the further process. After creating the employee, the admin goes back to the users and controls section and selects the users hyperlink by selecting the plus symbol. The admin searches for the employee data that has been added in the previous step. Once the employee is selected, the user data section is auto populated. By default, the user ID is created with the last name, followed by the first name of the employee. Once all the details are verified, the admin clicks on create. The business user is now create it and linked to the employee. Now the business user data could be found in the search field. After selecting the newly created business user, the admin navigates to the assigned Business Roles tab by selecting the Search and AD Business roles button. The admin selects a business role from the dropdown list. The business user has been created and assigned to a business role in the system.
