Creating a New Customer Account in the Backoffice Customer Support Cockpit of SAP Commerce Cloud

Hello!  In this video I'll demonstrate how you can create a new customer account in the Backoffice Customer Support Cockpit.  Then, I'll set a new password.  Ok, first thing I'll do is login to the Backoffice Customer Support Cockpit.  Next, I'll select Customers on the left.  I'll hit the plus icon to create a new customer. And fill in the required information.  The Site or store I want to register the customer to... Their title and name...  and their email address.  Done!  In order for the customer to be able to log in, I'll need to assign a password.  I'll select the newly created customer.  Switch to the Password tab.  And in the password section, I'll assign a new password.  The idea is that the customer will give a password of their choice to the SupportAgent of course.  I'll confirm the password, making sure that I did not slip in a typo.  Then I'll click Save.  The customer should be able to log in now. Let's check it.  On the store page, I'll login as the new customer.  Nice!  That's all for this video.
