Creating Activity Lists in SAP Sales Cloud

Would you like to learn how to create and modify activity lists? If so, follow this tutorial. An activity list is a collection of phone calls, appointments, or tasks. Teams can use activity list to organize calls, appointments, or tasks and assign them to a team member. You can use activity lists to drive sales. To use an activity list. Simply select an account contact or individual customer. If you select more than one account contact or individual customer, they will be included in each activity in the activity list. The individual phone calls, appointments, or tasks in the activity list are generated for you according to the defaults specified in the activity list. Let's start by creating an activity list. Choose activities activity lists. Choose the plus icon to create a new activity list. You can select the type of activity as an appointment list, phone call list, or task list. For this tutorial, we are going to create an appointment list. Enter the name of your activity. Summer Campaign prep. Save. Lets add a subject duration, notes and more to the new activity list. Choose details. The edit icon. Choose the subject field promo discussion. Choose duration one hour. Choose category. Customer visit. Here you can add notes to your activity list. Once you have filled out the details panel, choose save. Now let's add appointments to the activity list. Choose new. Select accounts. Search. Enter blue drive. Choose multiple accounts to add to appointments. When you have chosen your accounts, select okay. Multiple appointments have been added to your activity list. Here you can modify details such as the subject, duration, date, and notes for the selected appointment. You can also add attendees to the individual appointments by choosing add. Enter the name of your attendee. Choose add. Your attendee has now been added to the individual appointment. If your list of accounts has locations, they will be shown here on the map. You can also add attachments to your activity list by choosing attachments. Select add. Here you can add files to your activity list. Navigate back to the overview page by choosing the overview tab. If you would like to delete an appointment, choose more. Choose Remove Activity to remove the currently selected appointments. You can view the activities in the Accounts Overview page. Choose Blue Drive. Activities. As you can see, the activity created as part of the activity list now appears in the account. You have seen how to create an activity list and add new entries in your cloud for customer system. This concludes this tutorial.
