Defining Product Determination Rules for Surveys in SAP Sales Cloud

Define product determination rules for surveys. A product survey can be used for different products in different scenarios. As an administrator, you can define rules to dynamically assign products or product lists to a product survey based on different criteria during survey runtime under sales and campaign settings. Click define rules for survey product Determination to launch the rule table. You can adapt columns to include required information or remove unwanted columns and custom fields. Columns are used to define conditions. The three columns on the right hand side are results columns and can't be adapted. Create a new rule by adding a row. Let's say you want to make sure the product list of rec SPL is included every time a sales rep visits the store. So to audit products in this case, you need to define three conditions. First, the business application is visit a visit functions as an appointment activity in this scenario. Second, the visit type is store audit. Third, the account ID is kick. So fields in a row are evaluated with a logical and operation. When a product survey fulfills all three conditions, the system adds the specified products or product list to the survey. You can also designate product classification, for example mandatory to products so the sales rep knows those products must be checked in the survey. Create more rules as needed. Rows in the table are evaluated from top to bottom using a logical or operation. You can rearrange rows by using swap. When you finish, save and activate the rules. Now let's create a store audit visit to the account kick so. Add a product survey for the visit. As a result of the rule, we just defined the products in the product list. Rec SPL are added to the survey. And classified as mandatory. Products and product lists added directly to the survey are displayed regardless of the rules.
