Designing a New Story in SAP Service Cloud Version 2

In this video we are going to learn how to design a news story. Let's login as an admin user. I have already marked Design Stories as my favorite. This page comes up with all stories. Now we make a new story. These are the data sources which are available in cloud version two. For an example, I drag and drop first story. Click on this story to get the option of selecting Case Type, Escalation Status and Priority Court. I choose some of them to break them to this story. Once it has done, you see the preview section. Then click on finish to save it. Here you have to provide the name to your model. Now you can start to create your story. From here I choose a chart and now I am able to choose dimensions and measures. As an example, I choose close on creative description and display ID. Rows and columns are selected. Now I select filters, for example, to show data for the last two days and as a result over data is ready. Enable explorer enable the explorer view, then save it by choosing a name for it. I choose case one as a name. You see the message that stories saved. Now if we refresh, the story will be available for an example. We see another story which was created with multiple pages and with different information coming from data sources. Thank you for watching.
