Designing CX Journeys and Milestones in SAP Customer Data Platform

In this video, we are going to organize a CX Flow into a milestone inside a new CX journey. Now let's start by setting up the CX journey. On the left hand side menu. Click on CX journeys That's under personalize You will land on the journey dashboard, which contains some analytical information around your CX journeys. Click on Create New CX Journey  Enter new customer onboarding journey for the new CX journey. Click on Add New Milestone to create a new milestone for this journey. Enter registered customer milestone. Click on the Entry Condition tab. Drag the primary email attribute from the left side and drop it into the blue Dashed criteria area. Change the operator to exists. Now click on the CX flow tab and click the blue arrow next to the previously created Welcome New Customer Message flow. To make it part of this milestone, click Save to finish the milestone setup. Click save again to finish the CX journey setup. Now you see the newly created journey in the CX Journeys dashboard. This concludes the Designing CX Journeys and Milestone demo.
