Exploring the Admin View of System Order Details in SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Hello and welcome. My name is Ankit Kumar. In this short video, I will take you through the initial contact orders that organizations signed during their contact with recipe. For every new order placed customer is entitled for a test system and production system. You can also purchase additional tenants which will be booked separately via additional orders. Before proceeding further, let's get to know some of the terms. VB order is created for each contract that you signed with SAP based on your internal organizational requirements and determined. Set groups of customer systems into individual VB order entertainment set displays the eligibility and existing or user status of a systems in that VB order. Entertainment status shows the customer eligibility for system provided status refers to the process request, which means the customer has triggered a request for a system and has received the access. Open status indicates that the customer is eligible to request a system from the another system that belongs to same VB order and entitlement set. I will now walk you through the steps to view the list of orders you have purchased. I will start on the Order Detail screen. Under each order, a list of eligible systems and other details is displayed. In this view, you'll see the list of order IDs, associated entitlement, set ID, system ID, system URL, system type, and entitlement status. You can also view the details of associated purchase license types for this specific order. Select the production tenant row and the details of the licenses which you have purchased are displayed along with the purchase volume or quantity. To know more about the order details. Check out the links provided in the video description.
