Implementing Data Disclosure in Service Cloud Version 2

Hello and welcome to this short video giving you an insight on data disclosure features in SAP Service Cloud version two, the Data Protection and Privacy Work Center enables you to disclose personal data of employees, customers and contacts. Let's take a look at a demonstration of this feature. First, open settings All settings, then scroll to the bottom. Under Data Protection and Privacy, click Data Disclosure. Here you can view a list of disclosure relevant data for employees, individual customers, and contacts. Click the dropdown menu to select the desired option. Next, find the individual for whom you would like to disclose data. Then select the icon to the right of their row and confirm by clicking yes. This brings you to a new overview page with all the disclosed data for the selected business partner. Select Expand all and now you have an organized oversight of all individual records that are to be disclosed. Zeros indicate that no record of that type exists for the selected employee. In this example we can see under Service Data case there are 14 records. After we click on the individual record case. We can navigate through the list of the actual data record. Click the preview icon for a summarized overview of all personal data required for disclosure. Once confirmed, click Download. To find details about previous disclosures. Click logs. This provides a list of all disclosure executions, including the date and by whom. We hope you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching.
