You need the right content to grab your customer's attention. We help you by capturing customer data in real time and filtering for relevant signals. And collaboration between marketing and sales ensures success. Let's see how the Sonic Company puts this into practice. Julia, the marketer at Sonic, decides to promote their newest Sonic Pad model. She prepares an email so it looks and feels like a personal message being sent directly from Terry, the responsible sales rep. She can simply pick the pre-configured new product launch tactic for existing customers who are interested in the new tablet and have previously made orders. Those customers are going to be the most willing to replace their current tablet. Julia invites Terry, the sales rep, to review and personalize her engagement. Terry decides to remove three accounts, since he's already negotiating with them. After Terry's review, Julia starts the engagement. Julia nurtures the contacts in a series of automation programs and tracks engagements until a predefined threshold for the customer engagement score is reached. This triggers the marketing system to create a lead for Terry that he can see in sales with information about the engagements. Now Terry can pick up the phone and close the deal. Account engagement makes Julia and Terry's jobs so much easier and their customers are happy to get exactly what they want, when they want it.
