Introducing Data Provisioning Task Monitor - SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management

Hi, my name is Lily! In this video, I’ll introduce you to the Data Provisioning Task Monitor.   The Data Provisioning Task Monitor or DP Task Monitor provides information about the flowgraph tasks.  For example, you can see the duration of the task execution and how many records have been processed. The DP Agent credentials will be provided to you in the provisioning email.  This is the Task Overview pane which lists information for all tasks. You can also select a task to show information for only that task in the panes as shown here.  Additional control for this pane includes Start and Schedule. The administrator will usually monitor the Task monitor to check the status of tasks. The Task Execution Monitor pane lists all of the recent executions of the tasks and associated data  such as the schema name, start time, duration, status, and number of processed records. The Task Operation Execution Monitor pane lists all of the recent operations of the tasks and associated data including  the operation type, start time, duration, status, and number of processed records. With this tool, the administrator can monitor each flowgraph.     Administrators can also schedule tasks within the Data Provisioning Task Monitor To schedule future events, click Schedule. You can select Schedule Type: Recurringly or Once If you select Recurringly, you can select the  frequency from the dropdown menu, for example month, day, etc.  If you select schedule type, Once, you have the option to select the year, month, day, etc.    Click Schedule to add a new schedule to the list of schedules for the task. In this video, I introduced you to the User Interface that the Administrators use to monitor past executions  and to schedule future events for the flowgraph.   Thanks for watching!
