Introducing SAP Emarsys  Home in SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement

Welcome! In this video, you'll learn more about the customizable Emarsys Home page. Once you log into the SAP  Emarsys Customer Engagement Platform, the first screen you will see is the Home page. New users can choose from predefined layout options. By skipping this step, all available widgets will be automatically added to your Home screen. If you have more Emarsys accounts, you can switch between accounts even if they’re hosted in different environments. The shell bar menu has a send feedback option  to share your opinion on our product. The magnifying glass lets you search for contacts,  emails, segments, and more. By clicking the question mark, you open the Contextual Help panel, displaying the relevant help portal page. Our Notification Center informs you about account changes, error messages or completed tasks - such as Tactic creation.  Click on the Profile Menu icon to see your account and username. By clicking Home, you return to the Home page. On My Profile, you can view and change your settings, such as interface language and time zone. Change your Emarsys user interface appearance  to dark or light mode by clicking here.  You can also share your account access with Emarsys teams, go to the Emarsys Help Portal, and log out. Click here to sign up to the SAP User Research  Panel to influence the evolution of Emarsys products with your ideas and use cases. The navigation menu gives you access to Emarsys products and features. The Home page widgets provide a visual overview of your account status, give shortcuts to your frequently visited pages  and help you with valuable updates and links. You can rearrange and add widgets by clicking the "Customize Home" button. Your filter settings are saved automatically. Arrows give clear indications of your upward or downward trends. Where relevant, the widgets have a time-range selector, so you can compare results easily. Hover your cursor over the graphs for daily results, and find links to related detailed pages on the widgets' footers. With the Revenue Impact widget, you can check how Emarsys campaigns are affecting your revenue. It shows the sum of all purchases during the selected time period, the revenue attributed to Emarsys campaigns, and the percentage of your total revenue that can be attributed based on your sales data uploaded to Emarsys. For details, just click "Go to Revenue Analytics". The Email Results widget shows the open and click rates of your recent email campaigns. The Triggered Email Report widget displays the number of delivered, canceled, and bounced transactional email campaigns  in the selected period.  Hover over the chart and the tooltips  to learn more about these metrics. You can find the list of impacted email addresses on the Canceled and Bounced Details pages,  along with the cancel reason or bounce type. In Contact Database Growth you see a graph of how your numbers have grown over time, for all contacts, the ones with email opt-in  and valid email address, and unavailable contacts. The Intelligence widget is available if you have Smart Insight activated in your account. Here, you can see how much higher the lifetime spend of your active of your active customers is compared to your average customers. In the bar chart, you have a breakdown based on lifecycle stages. The Mobile Engagement widget refers to email engagement on mobile devices. The click to open ratio and the mobile opens are highlighted, but you can also see the exact figures by hovering over the graphs. You can oversee and access your most recently updated email campaigns on the Recently Edited Campaigns widget. The Send Time Optimization widget shows how many emails have been sent using STO during the past four weeks  and compares their click rates with those of the control group. The Emarsys Academy widget displays the latest and most relevant training webinars and seminars that Emarsys provides. Click the button below to register. There are dedicated widgets for the latest Product News  and Marketing Events and for signing up for the Emarsys  Insights Newsletter to get information about recent updates. I hope that this session was useful. Thanks for watching!
