Introducing the External Validator in SAP SuccessFactors Agent Lifecycle Management

Hi, I'm Brian. This video introduces the features of the External Validator in SAP Agent Performance Management. Since Producers must be licensed, educated, and appointed to actively sell insurance products, the functions of the External Validator are designed to streamline and automate the regulatory components of the Producer validation process. I'll demonstrate the features of the External Validator in the SAP Agent Performance Management’s user interface. Located within the Administrator portal, the External Validator is housed within the External Validator tab. Master Rules are created and listed on the External Validator’s landing page. These Master Rules can be compared with large filing systems, containing smaller and unique file folders or Related Entities. These entities house the Producer Validation Rules and Configuration Parameters. With each active Master Rule, a rule testing option is available. I can view the parameter testing results, the testing request, and scripting responses. I’ll enter a date and a Producer’s ID to view the results of a rule test. This Producer was “found” or recognized, and the Evaluation Status is OK, which means, this Producer is “OK” to sell insurance products, since all tests received a “passing” result. I also see that this Producer has an active license and an active appointment. This video offered a short introduction to the features of the External Validator in SAP Agent Performance Management. Thanks for watching.
