Key Workspaces for Business End Users in SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management

Hello, my name is Varsha. In this video, I will introduce key workspaces for business and users in SAP commissions. Once you have logged into SAP commissions, you can see various workspaces on the left side of the home page. Business and users like sales representatives, sales managers, account executives, and directors can view these workspaces. However, there is specific and different information that may be available to each user in these workspaces. Let's view these workspaces. Dashboards can be the first page that you see when you login into SAP Commissions. At the end of the month, you may want to view your sales goal or your team's attainment of its sales goals. If this is the case, dashboards enable you to retrieve a large volume of summarized information quickly and easily. The dashboard view is related to a specific period. Use the calendar to view a different period. You can select and view data of multiple positions as well. Dashboards offer you access to your personal details, total sales, transactions and quarterly bonus details. Managers and directors can view their team's total sales as well as each salesperson's dashboards. The Messages workspace displays notification messages for password resets, reports generated for a period and workflow notifications for compensation plans. I click the message to view its contents on the right side panel. The message offers links to the compensation plan. These links allow you to view the plan, save or download a copy, accept and even request an inquiry on the plan. You will receive notifications regarding disputes as well as compensation statements to the messages inbox. The reports workspace offers access to custom reports and standard reports. You can select and view one report or a group of reports. Choose your criteria to view specific details. Managers and directors can view deposits, incentives, and measurements reports. The Documents and Approvals workspace allows you to view and approve assigned plan documents. Filters can be added to find documents that are assigned to you or waiting for you to accept. I'll navigate to Disputes workspace. If you suspect that an error has been made in your compensation payout, you can submit a dispute using this workspace. The Disputes workspace allows you to submit a dispute of any type and view its status. You can view the disputes based on their status. Use the filter option to view specific types of disputes such as open disputes. New disputes or requests are assigned to managers or administrators. A unique ID is assigned for each new request. The account settings workspace allows you to view and edit your personal information such as display name, profile picture and email. You can also change your password in this workspace. In this video, I introduced key workspaces for business and users. We viewed Dashboards, Messages, Reports, Documents and Approvals, Disputes and Account Settings. Thanks for watching.
