Learn How to Link Accounts to SAP Universal ID

You can link accounts during registration once you verify your email address. You will be forwarded to the Linking Manager. Please check the following KBA 282963 - How to create the SAP Universal ID (UID) for more information. The Linking Manager will retrieve the IDs that match the email address that you have verified. If no IDs are found, please click the Link Accounts button. If you already have an SAP Universal ID, you can link additional S or P user IDs or different email addresses in the SAP Universal ID Account Manager to your previously verified email address. You can also refer to the following KBA for more information. Open the SAP Universal ID Account Manager under the link account.sap.com. enter the email address associated with an S or P user ID to which you would like to link. Optionally, you can enter a nickname. Click Link. If you have linked all IDs and email addresses, click Continue. just to highlight that you can now login across SAP sites not only with the Universal ID email and password but also with your verified and linked email address or linked S or P user ID and Universal ID password. Once your account is set up, you can access the SAP Universal ID Account Manager which is your single entry point to view, update, manage your personal information, account security settings and associations to companies. Once you have linked an SAP user id to your universal id, it isn't possible to link the same SAP user id to another SAP universal id. Once you have already verified an email address to your SAP Universal ID, it isn't possible to be verified to another SAP Universal ID.
