Managing Global Features in SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management

Hello. My name is Minnie.  In this video, I’ll introduce Global Features in SAP Agent Performance Management  and show how to manage specific features within the application.  Administrators allow Users to enable or disable specific functions and/or specific tasks in Agent Performance Management,  or APM for short.  After my successful login as an Administrator, I’m on the Home page in APM.  I’ll navigate to the Administrator portal, Configuration tab, and select the Expand icon to view the sub-menus.  Next, I’ll select Global Features.  The workspace shows all the Global Features that can be enabled or disabled for Users, with the use of a checkmark. I’ll scroll to the bottom of the workspace to see all Global Features to enable or disable.  For my example, I’ll disable the External Validator tab. I’ll simply click inside the box to the left of External Validator.  Next, I’ll click Save. To view the changes as a User, I’ll click on the Profile icon and Sign-out.  Next, I’ll sign-in as a User. I’m on the Home page.  I’ll click on the Administrator portal.  The tab listings display. However, I don’t see the External Validator tab to access as a User.  As an Administrator, I’ll enable the External Validator tab.  I’ll navigate to the Administrator portal and Configuration tab to access Global Features.  I’ll simply click to the left of External Validator and click Save.  Finally, I’ll sign-out as a User and sign-in to APM to see the change. I’ll click on the Administrator portal.  I see that the External Validator tab is enabled and available for my use.  Thanks for watching.
