Managing Supplier Contacts in External Questionnaires in SAP Ariba Supplier Management

In this video, you'll learn how to add and edit a supplier contact when inviting or re-inviting a supplier to a questionnaire in SAP Ariba Supplier Management. You must have the appropriate permissions to manage supplier contacts. For information about the user groups that grant access to this functionality, see the Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management Group Descriptions guide in the SAP Help Portal. You must also have permission to send the questionnaire. I'll choose the Add icon to add a new supplier contact from the send questionnaires page. Next, I'll enter information for the new supplier contact, including the contact's first and last name, email address, and any optional information I want to include. When I'm finished entering information, I'll choose Save. The new contact has been added. To edit a supplier contact from the send questionnaires page, I'll choose more options and select Edit. I'll edit some information for the existing supplier contact. When I'm finished editing, I'll choose Save. My changes have been saved. You've now seen how to add and edit a supplier contact when inviting or re-inviting a supplier to a questionnaire  in SAP Ariba Supplier Management. Thanks for watching.
