Hello, my name is William. In this features in configuration video, you'll find an overview of the Back Office Administration Cockpit and its main functions. The Back Office Administration Cockpit is a user oriented, browser based interface that enables you to manage any kind of information within SAP Commerce. The back office user interface components are based on the widget concept, meaning each component has specific functionalities that allow you to create administrative and management tools. The Administration cockpit has three main areas. The exploratory on the left side that allows you to filter the category for which you would like to make changes. The collection browser that lists individual items related to the category you've selected in the exploratory. And third, the editor area, which appears at the bottom of your screen as soon as you select an item from the Collection browser. Other helpful tools are the saved queries area that helps you save time by just jumping directly to saved search items. Also, there's the simple and advanced search tool and the system bar where you can access processes, the collaboration center and languages. Depending on the credentials used while logging in, you may also be able to change your user role. Here. Now let's take a look at the main functionalities of the Back Office Administration Cockpit. Under home, you'll find an overview of your pending tasks database connection, etc. the inbox functionality provides access to workflow tasks, all tasks assigned to you or a user group that you're a member of are displayed as a list. This list can be filtered by using the Advanced Search widget. Under system, you can generate, import and export files, administrate workflows, create, modify or delete data validation constraints as well as create specific search profiles for your website. In the catalog area, you can create, modify or delete instances of any type like catalogs, categories, and product related information. In this area, you can also manage classification systems under multimedia. You can upload and manage images like product pack shots and banners. The user functionalities provide access to data about customers, employees and companies, including agreements, consents and consent templates. Under the order entry, you'll find specific functions related to order management, including the fraud detection functionality. In the price settings. You can create prices and manage data related to Texas discounts, delivery costs and payment methods. In the internationalization area, you'll find different languages, currencies, countries and regions available in your online store. Under marketing, you can use promotion rules and promotion planning to create marketing promotions and coupons. Warehouses and stock levels can be managed on their base. Commerce. In the ticket system area, you'll find all the information about customer tickets. In the personalization area, you can manage configuration settings, segments, and customizations. Last but not least, you'll find the form section where you can manage the web forms used on your storefront.
