Navigating Supplier 360° Profile Areas in SAP Ariba Supplier Management

In this video, you'll learn about the different profile areas that comprise the supplier 360° profile in SAP Ariba. The supplier 360° profile shows the information your organization has collected about a supplier. You must have the appropriate permissions to view supplier 360° profiles. For information about the user groups that grant access to this functionality, see the Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management Group Descriptions guide in the SAP Help Portal. You view a supplier 360° profile by choosing the supplier's name on dashboards, search results, and associated projects and events. I'll choose the supplier's name in search results. The supplier 360° profile includes different areas for specific activities and types of information. The areas you see depend on which solutions your company has purchased. To view a profile area, choose its link in the navigation bar. The Summary area is organized into panels that show basic information about the supplier. The View SAP Business Network profile link lets you open the supplier's business profile in a new browser tab. This link is only available when the supplier is registered and has an AN ID. I'll choose the link to open the supplier's SAP Business Network profile. The Contacts area shows all the external contacts associated with the supplier and the internal supplier manager assigned to the supplier. You can manage both types of contacts in this area. The ERP data area displays questionnaire answers that are mapped to ERP-related fields, any information from an integrated ERP system, and the current integration status of the supplier. You can manually synchronize the supplier to an integrated ERP system in this area. The Certificates area shows all the certificates associated with the supplier that were collected using questionnaires with mapped certificate questions. Each certificate has a summary card that displays its name, expiration date, and status. You can choose a certificate summary card to open a pop-up with certificate details, including links for downloading the certificate attachment and opening the questionnaire where the certificate was collected. The Activity log area shows a record of project activities, including automated ones. This activity log is separate from the History tab in the project advanced view. The Risk area displays information about the supplier's risk exposure. The Business activity area gives an overview of the supplier's activities in other SAP Ariba applications. You can filter the business activities based on type and status. For sourcing events and contracts, the area shows up to 200 of the most recent activities that you're authorized to view for each status. For suppliers created from a request project, the Supplier request area shows the original information from the supplier request at the time of its approval. The Registration area shows questionnaires, tasks, and a process flow diagram for the in-progress or completed supplier registration, or the current registration update. In this area, registration managers, internal questionnaire editors, and To Do task owners fill out internal registration questionnaires, and approvers approve registration questionnaires. Users view and manage supplier qualifications and disqualifications in the Qualifications area. This area shows qualifications based on either supplier qualification and disqualification projects or process projects. The Qualifications area only shows in a supplier's 360° profile after the supplier is registered. This site previously used supplier qualification projects and has transitioned to using process qualifications, so the Qualifications area includes tabs for both types of qualifications. Process qualifications and disqualifications are shown on the Process qualifications tab. If any legacy supplier qualification and disqualification projects were created for this supplier, they would show on the Legacy qualifications tab. The Preferred area displays the preferred category statuses for a supplier. Category or supplier managers request or remove preferred category statuses in this area. This area only shows in a supplier's 360° profile after the supplier is qualified for at least one commodity, region, and department combination. Users view and manage modular questionnaires for a supplier in the Questionnaires area of the supplier 360° profile. These modular questionnaire projects can be standalone questionnaires, questionnaires included in process projects, or risk assessments included in engagement risk assessment projects. This area includes a Questionnaire tab and a Task tab. On the Questionnaire tab, users can view questionnaire details, fill out and submit internal forms and questionnaires, request updates, and assign questionnaires to different recipients. On the Task tab, users can complete their assigned To Do and approval tasks. You can also view completed tasks on this tab. The Processes area shows all types of processes for a supplier, including qualification and miscellaneous processes. This area is only available in sites where the process framework feature is enabled. In the Processes area, users can create, manage, and view miscellaneous or qualification process projects and their questionnaires. If your organization uses process qualifications, you can view and manage them in the Processes or Qualifications areas. You've now seen the different profile areas that comprise the supplier 360° profile in SAP Ariba. Thanks for watching.
