Navigating the SAP CPQ Shopping Cart/Quote - SAP CPQ

Hello. My name is Amy.  In this video, I’ll show you how to navigate the shopping cart, also known as the quote, in SAP CPQ.  SAP CPQ users can configure products and add them to the shopping cart, or quote. The quote displays the information related to products in the quote including, prices, discounts, and more.  Once the quote is created it can be updated and changed according to the negotiation flow between the sales person and the client.  The shopping cart, or quote, is comprised of three sections: Tabs, Actions, and Main Cart Area.  The Tabs area is displayed at the top of the page and it allows users to add more information related to the quote.  The Customer info tab has fields for the Bill To and Ship To address.  And finally, with the Documents tab, you can attach relevant documentation to the quote, like an email chain or a coupon.  The quote contains panels which displays information about the quote.  The Quote Info panel displays general information about the quote, such as the status of the quote,  the specific market and pricebook used to create the quote, and the date created or modified, and more.  In the Products panel, you can view the products that were added to the quote,  the quantity, the list price, any discounts, and the extended price.  From this panel, you have options to configure the products, browse the catalog for additional products,  delete products, and reorder products.  Other panels include Discounts, Subtotals, Costs (such as shipping and taxes), and Totals. In the upper right-hand corner of the quote, there are several actions available.  You can copy the quote, which creates a copy of the quote with the same product configurations. Clicking the ellipsis option opens another menu with the following options:  You can place the order or checkout.  You can add an item to the quote. Clicking this icon will take you back to the product catalog where you can search for products to add.  You can reprice or save the quote you’ve been working on. You can generate documents, such as Word or PDF versions of the quote.  This can be useful if you want to send out copies of the quote to customers.  And finally, you can add collaboration comments about the quote using the comments icon. Thank you for watching.
