Optimizing the Scheduling of Your Campaigns Using Campaign Analytics Report in SAP Marketing Cloud

Hi. In this video, we will introduce two new operational reports available in SAP Marketing Cloud. First, to find the operational reports navigate to the Analytics and Report gallery. These are the new operational reports which provide more visibility on the campaign execution and thus helps you optimize the scheduling of your campaigns. The first one is Campaign Action execution schedule. This report shows the schedule of campaigns action by providing insights about the execution duration, the delays, as well as which target groups are used in the campaign. The second one, Campaign Action Schedule by Target Group, is similar to the previous reports, with the focus on campaigns using dynamic target groups. This report provides insights on when the target groups are rebuilt. How much time it takes to rebuild them, and by which campaigns they used. All of this information can impact the campaign execution. In this demo, we'll focus on the campaign action execution schedule. So click on the report. As you can see, the default filter is set for the past seven days. To continue I'll click on go. Now the report shows the data on a hierarchical format with the dates and the hour in which the campaign is scheduled. Different measures are available in the reports, such as the execution run duration, execution run delay, and the number of processed members. This helps identifying the most system intensive campaigns. This concludes our brief introduction on the campaign action schedule. Reports in SAP Marketing Cloud. Thank you for watching.
