Performing Health Checks and Best Practices in SAP Marketing Cloud

Hi. In this video, we'll be looking into the health check feature for campaigns which are carried out on the Check Your Marketing Solution app. These checks are beneficial for obtaining information on how to optimize your system performance by, for example, identifying and removing unnecessary campaigns which are continuously running and taking up system resources. There are two types of health checks for campaigns currently available to check for campaigns that are finished and not yet start, and check for campaigns without an end date. Let's jump into a quick demo on this feature. To begin a check, navigate to Health Checks from the Check Your Marketing Solution app. Note that this app was called set up your Marketing solution in previous releases. Campaign checks are run automatically once a day. However, you also have the possibility to run to manually. For example, when you want to verify results after you clean up the data based on the outcome of the daily system, check. Next, select campaign and choose the health check activity. For example, execution. Choose the desired check and click the run check button. Please note that some checks can not be run manually. These checks are done automatically by using an application drop in the background. Each check provides a detailed diagnosis as well as a link to online documentation. For further information. The check will notify you of the results using the Manage Workflow app. You can select the person who should be receiving the notifications. Lastly, use this button to analyze further the results of a check. Many more checks on different areas of marketing. Clouds are planned to be added in future releases to further ease the preservation of a healthy system. We hope you enjoyed the video.
