Placing an Order for a Calling Customer in SAP Commerce Cloud

In this video I'll show you how to place an order for a calling customer via the Assisted Service Module.  First, I'll login using the credentials as a Customer Support Manager.  Then, I enter the customer name in the field called Customer Name/ Email Address and select the customer.  In the status banner of the Assisted Service Module, I can see information about the calling customer, in this case Grace Hopper and her active carts.  She tells me on the phone that she'd like to order a 32GB card and then check out, so I'll select the Flash Memory category and add the item from the list to the cart.  Then I click the Check out button,  enter a shipping address,  check the Save Shipping Address checkbox  and click Next.  Then I'll choose a shipment method and click again the Next button.  Before I can complete the order process, I have to enter a credit card and a billing address.  So I'll enter Grace's credit card information,  her billing address and check the checkbox called Save Payment Info.  Once the information is complete, I click Next,  accept the Terms & Conditions and finally click on Place Order.  Note that the Order Confirmation page appears, showing the order number, its status and also who's placed the order.  Remember that only an authorized user, like the Customer Support Manager is able to place an order on behalf of a customer.
