Removing, Deleting and Restoring a Page in SAP Commerce Cloud

Hi, my name is Eileen, and in this video I'm going to show you how to remove and delete a page and how you can restore a removed page. Let's start by removing a page using Smart Edit. I log in and navigate to an overview of available pages. In this case, in the stage version of the Electronics Catalog. Earlier, I had created a variation of the home page for a back to school sale event. I don't need it anymore, so I'll click the options link. Select Move to Trash and confirm with okay. Please note that this is a so-called soft delete. I have removed the page from my catalog. However, it is not deleted at the top right of my screen. I can access the trash. As you can see by the number one, it contains a page. When I click on the trash button, I see the page that I have removed. If I want to restore the page, I just have to click on the more button and select restore to delete the page from my website. I have to select permanently delete. Let's look again for the page. No results. The page is gone. This wraps up for this video. Thank you for watching.
